Liz Cortez has always aspired to create artwork for children. This the first time her work will be debuted in a published piece. She is pleased to share this experience with the special young readers who will get to curl up with this book. In addition to a love for art, she loves animals, being outside and learning new things. She currently lives in Palm Desert, California with her husband and her dog.
